The decision to publish relevant data of our company to the public was made just over 2 years ago. We’ll review our decision and give insights on why we publish our data and how we achieve being transparent as a company.

About the speaker

Andreas Brönnimann, Simon Hürlimann, and Alexis Reigel work as software engineers at Panter AG. Besides coding, they like to actively develop the company’s culture and its values. All of them are members of the management board (as is everyone working at Panter). More on that during the presentation though. They initiated the transparency initiative two years ago during the company’s yearly retreat in Greece and have been maintaining and evolving it ever since.
